Milling

In our workshop, we have manual and numerically controlled milling machines, for ever greater precision and high quality in the production of our works. Our milling capacities are 6000 x 1000 x 800 mm maximum. Our offer has also been enriched thanks to the acquisition of a recent MECOF milling machine, which allows us to carry out milling over 6 linear meters with a rotating head, particularly useful for the machining of engine parts. We work with different materials, many types of metals and plastics.

Mortaisage

Mortising is the operation which consists of making the mortise, housing the key in a bore.

This machining must be precise to avoid any excessive play between the two assembled parts, which would weaken the resistance of the assembly.

Parc machine

We operate in the automotive, agri-food, agricultural and even food sectors to ensure the shaping of your industrial parts. We provide conventional turning operations with a diameter of 1600 mm and a length of 4000 mm. Our team also carries out CNC turning, thanks to our machine park consisting of two TRAUB TNA400s, a TRAUB TNA500, a TRAUB TNA480 and a TRAUB TND. We also have a HURON Graffenstaden GX and SX machine, a cross-table drill press and two mortisers to finish your parts. All our TRAUB lathes are equipped with an automatic bar feeder.
